Every project is a little different, so these are starting points rather than packages. Most clients pick one or two. If you're not sure which fits, just ask.
Product development
I ran product development at a software company, as sponsor and Scrum Master, and helped launch its first enterprise product. Today I design and ship my own apps with AI, and test them in the real world before anyone else sees them. I can help you:
Turn an idea into a clear product: who it serves, the problem it solves, and what makes the first version
Plan a roadmap from customer needs, market research, and your own priorities
Run the build in short, testable steps, with a release log so nothing gets lost
Test on real devices with real people before anything goes live
Documentation and help systems
This is my specialty. I've written books, user guides, and built-in help for software, and every app I build ships with its own help system. You spent time and money working something out. Without notes, you'll spend it again. A good requirements document saves weeks of back-and-forth, and a good SOP means a job doesn't walk out the door when one person leaves.
Help systems: built-in help, searchable wikis, and FAQs inside your app or website
User guides and illustrated how-tos with screenshots, written for people who find technology intimidating
Product requirements documents and feature specs a developer, a designer, and an owner can all read
User stories, acceptance checks, and edge cases
Release notes, change logs, and version history
SOPs: living, step-by-step procedures for the work you do again and again
Continuity notes: who owns which account, and how to get in if they're gone
Help with presentations
I've pitched executives, run software demos, and produced events for thousands of people. I can help you build a presentation that gets to the point.
Pitch decks for investors, partners, or customers
Sales and client-meeting presentations with talking points
Training decks built from your own recordings, notes, or manuals
One-pagers, comparison sheets, and leave-behinds that match the deck
Rehearsal and feedback before the big day
Technical consulting
When you piece together apps and services for a business, it's less like a gleaming dashboard and more like a scrapbook: you paste things in, add connectors, and it gets messy. Pretending it isn't messy is folly. I help you make the mess work, and plan for when it doesn't.
A technology check-up: every subscription, seat, and vendor contract, what overlaps, and what you can drop
Who owns the accounts: every important service in the business's name, with at least two people who can get in
Plan B: backups you've actually tested, data you can export, and what happens if the internet is down for two days
Choosing tools: side-by-side comparisons of free and low-cost options, with an honest recommendation and the real cost, including your people's time
Setup help: business email and domain, cloud storage, website, scheduling, and CRM
Security basics: a password manager, two-step verification, and who has access to what
Free is good. Free is great, until it isn't.
Free plans are a fine place to start. For the systems you count on every day, I'll help you see what free really costs: ads, watermarks, no one to call for support, and plans that change without notice.
Font and digital asset management
Fonts are a small but real part of your brand, and they're software with licenses attached. I worked off and on for many years at Insider Software, the company behind FontAgent, and helped develop several versions of it, including its first server-side product for enterprise teams. I can help you:
Audit your fonts: what you have, what's licensed, and what's a risk
Choose and set up a font manager for one designer or a whole team, whichever product fits
Make sure your logo uses a font you're allowed to use forever, with the files and license in writing
Organize logos, images, templates and brand files so people find the right version
Write simple brand and style guides your team will actually follow
Pricing depends on the project. I'll send a written quote after a free first call, by the project or by the hour, whichever suits you.
