By using porchlight.works (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by Benjamin Levisay ("I", "me", "Porchlight").

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it for personal or business use. Please don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, or copy it in bulk.

Content and ownership

The Porchlight name, logo, text, design, and software shown on this site belong to Porchlight. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Other company names that may appear belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse Porchlight.

Information only

The site describes Porchlight and its services for general information. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Features, availability, and pricing may change before or after sign-up opens.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." I try to keep it accurate and online, but I don't promise it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Porchlight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using, or not being able to use, the site.

Links to other sites

If the site links to other websites, I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

Porchlight apps and projects

These terms cover the website only. Consulting work and any Porchlight app are covered by their own written agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
