A few things I've built, written, and launched. Most of my recent work was made for my own business first, which is the best test I know.
A 200-plus page manual for owners of businesses with 1 to 20 people: free and low-cost tools compared side by side across 23 sections, with comparison charts, setup tips, and honest opinions. No paid placements, no affiliate links.
A suite of field-sales tools I designed and built with AI: a prospecting app with lead scoring, follow-ups, and route planning, plus benefits and budget calculators and a phone-first lookup assistant. Each one has its own requirements document, release log, and built-in help.
A 17-slide employer-meeting pitch deck with discovery questions and recap-email scripts, built from a recorded training session, plus product comparison guides and a pocket reference card.
As Director of Product Development at Insider Software, I ran development and helped launch the company's first server-side font management product. I later consulted there on positioning, PRDs, and sales enablement.
Author of Mac OS X Secrets, Panther Edition (Wiley) and co-author of Photoshop 6 In Depth (Coriolis).
Sixteen years running a company that produced four week-long consumer shows a year. During COVID-19, I built its virtual events and the eCommerce system behind them.
Partner at MacDoctors, handling systems integration, training, and technical consulting for creative and media organizations, including color management and production workflow.
